Politica Resi e Rimborsi

Il cliente può richiedere un reso, entro il termine massimo di 14 giorni dall’ordine nel caso in cui il prodotto risulti danneggiato all’arrivo, difettoso, o non conforme a quanto acquistato

Effettuare un reso è molto semplice: ricorda però di notificare la richiesta di restituzione (Step 1) entro 14 giorni a partire dalla data di ricevimento dei prodotti acquistati.

Step 2 – restituzione dei prodotti

Entro 10 giorni dalla data di notifica di cui sopra, puoi restituire gli articoli seguendo la seguente modalità:

Nota bene: In questo caso, le spese di spedizione e imballo dei prodotti da restituire sono a tuo carico. È possibile riutilizzare la scatola originale, se in buone condizioni.

Step 3 – Rimborso

Per ottenere il rimborso, i prodotti devono essere restituiti perfettamente integri e non devono essere danneggiati. Una volta verificata l’integrità del prodotto , Cesaria arte rimborserà l’importo pagato.
